Privacy policy

Effective September 8, 2026. CallFavor is operated by Zimare Labs. Contact support@zimarelabs.com about your information.

Information we use

We collect your name, verified email, account phone number, sign-in session, approved call instructions, destination number, schedule, call transcript and summary, call status, duration, and credit/payment records. Hashed network identifiers and request timestamps help limit sign-in abuse. We use this information to operate your account, place the calls you approve, produce reports, deliver service emails, process payments, provide support, and prevent misuse.

Service providers and support copies

Vapi and Twilio deliver the phone call. Speech and language providers configured through Vapi, including OpenAI and Soniox, process the conversation. OpenAI interprets plain-English schedules. Resend delivers emails, Stripe processes payments, and Sites/Cloudflare host the application and its database. Information necessary for these functions is shared with those providers. Call confirmations, reminders, goals, summaries, and transcripts are also copied to support@zimarelabs.com so Zimare Labs can provide support and retain a service record. Sign-in codes are sent only to your email.

Transcripts and sensitive information

The AI assistant asks permission to continue with a saved transcript. Audio recording is disabled in the CallFavor assistant configuration. Do not provide payment credentials, passwords, government identifiers, medical records, or diagnoses. Email copies remain in the recipients’ email accounts under those accounts’ retention settings.

Storage and access

Call records are kept in your private customer account. Access is checked on the server, sessions use secure cookies, and service credentials are encrypted. We keep account and call records while needed to provide the service and resolve support requests, payments, or disputes. Contact support to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion. Necessary transaction or dispute records may need to be retained.

Cookies and product activity

An essential sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for up to 14 days. A separate anonymous browser cookie lasts up to 30 days to estimate visits and repeat visitors. We store only the referral hostname, not referral queries or personal information in tracking URLs. The visit event respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. We record basic service activity such as sign-ins, scheduling requests, and payment and call outcomes to operate and improve the product. CallFavor does not add advertising trackers or sell customer call transcripts.
